From my experience not all PTC site provide a lot of link or email for their standart member. Some of them require it’s member to up grade first before get a lot of link or email.
To upgrade your membership it will cost you about US $ 5 to US $ 50.
But don’t worry several PTC site still provide a lot of email or link to it’s standart member. Some of them provide more than 5 link or email per day. They are :
